I sessantenni dovrebbeno starsene a casa e lasciare i posti di lavoro ai giovani, in ogni settore di lavoro.
SI E' SEMPRE LAVORATO IL SABATO E SI CONTINUA ANCORA A LAVORARE IN ALCUNE AZIENDE.

ROME - Combating absenteeism, more shifts per week, cutting breaks, payroll heavier thanks mainly to increases for the night shift: these are the points Main agreement between Fiat and the unions (excluding Fiom and Cobas) on which the bodies of 5,431 workers at Mirafiori are called to vote.

With the increase of rounds you will have approximately 3,500 gross annual payroll more.
- EXTRAORDINARY : 120 overtime will be required each year (15 working Saturdays), 80 more than the current 40.
- ORGANIC : recruitment of staff for the joint venture will be made primarily from plants of Fga and later by other Fiat Mirafiori Turin guaranteeing pay and grading before. Seniority will be recognized the past and will be paid the severance pay to those who ask.
- LIABILITY CLAUSE ': As has already provided for the establishment of Pomigliano to fulfill the commitments under the agreement will be punishable in relation to trade union contributions, permits for management and additional permits union status of workers.
